AC blows hot air!

94 Cougar 6 cyl. All it does is blow hot air. Checked the freon pressure with AC running full blast and its fine. The clutch is engaging and not cycling on and off at all. It stays on and actually seems to be working fine. Here is a picture of what I'm talking about (copy and paste)

The round deal next to the low pressure port is really cold when the AC is running. I've torn the dash apart to see if the doors are actuating correctly. The door under the passenger side dash is vacuum actuated and is working fine. The door behind center dash is working but dont know if its vacuum or not. The only thing I can see is when I turn the hot/cold knob to either one I dont see or hear anything change. Should I? I took the wire connector off and theres three wires. I tried different combonations of wires with a jumper and it didnt do anything either. I'm at a loss here. Any suggestions? Thanks Jeff

Re: AC blows hot air!

Sounds like the blend door or possibly in the instrument panel itself(the knob).Im not sure if a 94 has a blend door motor(little white box that controls blend door) but they are bad for going out on fords.
