TireFly Pro is illegal???

is it illegal to put on the tirefly pro valves stem cap in California?

oh, i am sorry about that. tirefly pro is a valve stem cap with LED light that will flash when it is in motion. so is it illegal to screw it onto the valve stem during driving?

dont know about cali...but i had a set that looked like a rainbow on mines here in texas...looked really nice, different patterns of lightning....liked it a lot...sold the truck and everything with it...
