H22 Help Please

I have a 97 Honda Accord with a 95 prelude h22 in it. Lately, I've lost all power after the car has warmed up. When its cool, it accelerates fast but when it warms up and I come to a stop then go. It has no power whatsoever. And since this has been happening, I've been burning gas like crazy. Yesterday, I burned a quarter tank of gas. Usually, I burn a quarter tank in a period of 3-5 days. Any help would be great.

thanks
peter

ur h22

have u tried changing the oil and the oil filter? and are u putting 30w for winter and 40w for summer? and have u flushed the radiator and replaced it with a 50/50 fluid mixture? u might also want to check the front and rear seals on the engine block it self along with the oil pan & head gaskets.

Re: H22 Help Please

30w??? 40w??? please dont listen to this guy AccordH2297... honda recommends 5w-30 for use in there engines... 10w-40 is fine also... as for the performace issue.... do a tune up, youd be surprised what that can do for your car.

And RacingRican87...please dont post if you have no idea what your talking about..
