Leak in firewall!!

I have a 94 S-10 that has developed a leak in the firewall where the air conditioning unit mounts. There's a bracket on the inside of the cab that has what appears to be 4 bolts and nuts and a gasket (I assume this is where the leak is coming from). However the top two bolts/nuts don't appear to be reachable because the glove box is in the way. There doesn't appear to be anyway to remove the glove box because it appears to be an integral part of the dash assemby. Short of removing the entire dash, is there any easier way to get to these two top bolts?
