Tranny problems

no reverse, second takes a while to get into. The tranny does not make any noise. Any help.

I'm assuming you have an automatic... I dunno about the no reverse thing, but if your having problems with it changing gears, try changing the fluid and filter.. other than that, transmissions are a mystery to me.. Mine was sluggish shifting though, and I changed the fluid, filter, and gasket and it fixed the problem.. sounds like you may need a new transmission if you cant get into a gear at all..

It sounds a little late for a filter change, but it's easier than the next option. In the older trans, like the th200 and such, the reverse was the first to go. Assuming you have an auto tranny, you should consult a reputable tranny specialist in your area. You might have a bad module or a torque converter problem. In worst case scenario, you'll be looking for another tranny. I believe it's a 4L60E in your year.
