98 Regal GS Horn Relay Location
My 98 Regal GS is missing the cover of the underhood fuse/relay panel. Does anyone know the location of the horn relay?
I also need to locate the A/C clutch relay. Thanks, Jack

A/C clutch relay is in the hood compartment fuse box too. Relay # 15. Its right next to the A/C compressor clutch diode in the middle of the box. To the right of the A/C Clutch relay is a 10 amp fuse #23 and two relays. The horn relay is the top one. Relay #16. Below the horn relay is the fog lamp relay #17. All 3 of these are interchangeable for troubleshooting purposes. The 10 amp fuse #23 is the A/C Compressor Clutch fuse.
