2ooo Neon Won't start
My daughter ran her neon off the road and jarred the front end hard , I found some wires going to the transmission cut and repaired that. It has power everywhere but, when you turn the key it will not even click. I pulled the starter relay and jumped across it and the starter kick in and spun it over . Is there any fuse links between the key and the relay ?
