I think it's under the kick panel on the passenger's side, between the dash and the floor...?

On your 1993 CHEVROLET LUMINA-SEDAN/COUPE, the ENGINE CONTROL COMPUTER is:
UNDER HOOD, PASSENGER SIDE, FRONT SIDE OF STRUT TOWER, MOUNTED ON WHEELWELL This is where AutoZone's website says it is...that would make it like mine, behind the passenger's side headlight, inside the black box.
