B16 Eg Vs. 5.0 Mustang Kill
I WAS AT THE CORNER OF ERRINGER AND COCHRAN TONIGHT HERE IN SIMI. I WAS IN THE FAR LEFT TURN LANE AND A OLDER MUSTANG CONVERTABLE WITH 5.0 BADGES(IN THE RIGHT PLACES) PULLS UP AND THERE WAS SOME OLD GUY IN IT HE GIVES ME A LOOK AND REVS HIS ENGINE I STAY PUT LIKE I'M NO EVEN GONNA BOTHER WITH THAT HICK(HE EVEN HAD A MULLET!)
 . LIGHT TURNS GREEN AND I PUNCH IT TIRES BARELY GRAB AROUND THE INTERSECTION, WERE DEAD EVEN AT THE END OF THE TURN I SLAM IT IN 2ND AND BY THE TIME I WAS IN 3RD GOING ABOUT 50 HE WAS IN MY REAR VIEW MIRROR. HE PULLS UP NEXT TO ME AT THE NEXT STOP LIGHT AND DOES IT AGAIN. 2ND TIME I GET THE HOLESHOT THIS TIME AND ANOTHER CLEAR WIN. SO AS I'M GETTING READY TO TURN AT ANOTHER STOP LIGHT HE PULLS UP NEXT TO ME AND ASKS WHAT I GOT, I TELL HIM SOMETHING LIKE: MORE THAN ENOUGH TO BEAT A FIXED OR REPAIRED DAILY CAR, LAUGH AND DRIVE OFF. GOOD TIMES!  SHOULD AN EG HATCH WITH A B16A, EXEDY CLUTCH AND FLYWHEEL, A TUNE UP, SHORT RAM INTAKE, AND EXHAUST BE ABLE TO WHIP A 5.0 MUSTANG LIKE THAT OR DO YOU THINK THAT HILLBILLY WAS A POSER? I beat a lot of cars that I don't really think I'm supposed to. A huge majority of the time, as much as I want to selfishly take all the credit for a win, I do acknowledge that the other guy's launching/driving sucked, allowing me a great edge over him, even though his ride could've ripped me to shreds in good hands.
