Who Goes Fast
anybody mod a bird for speed--1/4 mile wise -- i know alot of guys that roadrace or autocross but they arent into all out strait line running so they spend all their money in sway bars and handling nobody that i have met does t birds for 1/4 mile or top end also whos got the fastest bird

*looks around* Well, Someone here has a white PI 4.6... And I own a SC 5-speed, which is probably faster then most V8 cars here..

Unless someone put an aode in your car, it's a 4r70w. Tbirds had aod through '93 then 4r70w from '94 on. Never came with the aode.

i put it in. not because i wanted to but had 1 around when i needed one planetary made its way to the pan in car at 90k aode was free

helps to be in the repair biz too bad i spend more in snapon ,mac, matco, and cornwell tools than the car. spending that much gets old i could have bought a nice house for what tools and equipment cost
