Re: 99 Grand Plymouth Voyager severe coolant leak
Are you sure it is coming out from inside the bell housing and not from the intake manifold. If it is coming out of the bell housing then you will have to pull the trans to find out where it is coming from. I would have to believe it is a gasket leak and nothing more. You will need to have the vehicle towed to a garage as they will need to pull the transmission to fix it.

I've just found the same problem on my 98 grand voyager. I can't locate where the coolant is coming from.
I had the garage to do a pressure test and they found a blown head gasket. Estimated cost from $1300 - $1800 depending on condition of the Head and need of other engine components like water pump, belt, and etc. Also recommended to do any needed accessible parts replacement such as spark plugs & wires. Re: 99 Grand Plymouth Voyager severe coolant leak
If there is no sign of leakage on top of the bellhousing of the transmission and your leak seems to come from the bottom then it might be this: there was a small hole in the freeze out plug that is located right under the top of the bell housing. The transmission has to be moved to get to it. At my shop they took the trans out, and replaced the freeze plug for around 300 dollars - try looking into doing that. Just a thought
