dashboard :'(

my plan is to make my interior fully glass, or bondo and paint it 3 base 3 clear. i did all my panels, simply sanded it, put 3 layers of primer, sanded it smooth.. now for my dash im trying to use fiberglass or bondo, it wont stick to it. not even poxy and risen. i just reada tutorial saying u gotta drill holes in the dash and resin both sides so it sticks nice?. is this the way to go/ can i just drill holes and use fiberglass and hardener and spread it on both sides n let it harden thru the holes so it sticks instead of usnig risen and matt?

Re: dashboard :'(

I wish yall people would use the search. No drilling holes in it wont work worth a shit. Your questions are sketchy at best... "so it sticks insted of usnig risen and matt"

Re: Re: dashboard :'(

For god sakes this is the last time were gonna say it, you cant fiber glass the dash just by sanding it down, the materials just wont stick. You need to first prep, sand it down real smooth, use an Adhesion PROMOTER, not primer, first and then if necessary use a sealer/primer. Then sand the sealer/primer and sand over that. Finally you can start glassing over that.
^srry if i was a little rude lol
