starter relay???

I am working on a 1991 Beretta. The problem is when I turn the key everything works but the starter. I can jump the starter and it runs fine. Is there a starter relay and where would it be located. Thx for any help.

There is not relay. You are not getting your main 12V power. This could be either from a faulty neutral safety switch, ignition switch, broken wire, or a fusable link.
