lowest possible drop on stock shocks & no camber probs?

i wanna get rid of my ugly-ass wheel gap, since it got much worse when i put on my low-pro tires. i wanna get ground-controls and lower it a little now, and then got for a 2" drop when i get new shocks. how low do you think i can go without blowing my stocks shocks and not have camber problems? i was thinking about 1-1.5" what do you think?

p.s. my shocks will still have to last a while (maybe the rest of the year) until i can afford shocks. (koni yellows)

i just intalled eibach pro-kit w/ tokico illuminas today and had no camber problems at all. lowered it about 1-1.5 and looks great!
anything more than a 1.75" drop will require a camber kit or a thick wallet for all the tires you'll be buying...hehe.
good luck.

You cannot put anything but Eibach springs (1" drop) on stock shocks. It's not all about how low you drop your car but also the spring rate of your springs. Ground Controls are high spring rates and will blow your stock shocks in about a month. Might as well be patient and save up for the GC and shocks so you don't have to remove and install your suspension system twice.
