03 Grand Am "Where is the MALL PGM Fuse"

I'm not sure that I got the right instructionsto program my remote. It telling meto remove the "MALL PGM FUSE". I can't find any fuse market like that on any of the 3 fuse boxes. I have the fuse box diagram in my manual and there doesn't seem to be a fuse labeled like this.

Can someone help me !!.....
