95 riv - load leveling question

My 95 riv feels like the rear end is out of alignment. back end wants to kick out to the right when i hit creases on the highway, especially in lefthand curves. I had a reputable shop look it over and they said they can't align the rear end and it's my dead load levelling that's causing the handling issue. Bushings look okay too; that was my first guess.

Anybody know where to start as far as troubleshooting the load levelling setup ? I haven't heard it run in quite a while but it never was an issue until i started driving 100 miles a day to work and back.

thanks
