Unhappy Fuel Line Noise????

I have posted this question before and I am doing the same again because I did not get more than I response. I do appreciate the person who did respond but I want more opinions. Has anyone faced this problem before?I have a question and was wondering if anyone had an answer. I own a 2004 Chrysler Town & Country LX 3.3 . I bought it brand new. I have about 28000 miles on the engine. The problem that I face is that whenever I press the gas pedal about half way, does not matter if its in gear or in parking/neutral. I hear this gushing noise from right under the driver seat area like water gushing through a chocked pipe or something of that nature. I have had this problem since I bought the car in May 2004. I did not had the time to go to the dealer for this and I also took it lightly because it did not pose any problems. I dont know if its the fuel line or something else, but it gets annoying after a while specially when you have to give the car gas on the city streets and on the freeway frequently. I am wondering that am I losing performance because of this fuel line problem. If anyone knows what problem I might me facing please tell me. I would appreciate the help. Thanks
