bad ignition coil

hi guys i just put a new ignition module its runs great but before it went bad i only had deforst working nothing work you never hear the hiss sound when you move the lever for the heat or the ac but now it works great got them all my ? is are there hoses by the ignition module if so the guy must have put it on i ask him but he dont rember if he did
thanks. it sound dumb but i been trying to fix this for one year then i gave up i just hope its not a fluck it went on when i hit a pot hole

There are usually several vacuum hoses that run back by the distributor.
