TB porting question

Hey all,
I was looking at my little TB and decided I want to get it ported. So, I got a few questions:

1) How big can it go? When it gets ported, will it still match up to the intake manifold.

2) I dont think the whole TB gets ported, because then the flap thats attached to the throttle cable will always have space, meaning air will constantly be sucked in, making the car move at all times (or at least rev a lot higher). So is it just then outlet? inlet? or both?

3) Is it worth doing? I heaqrd it increases throttle response.

the whole thing gets ported but it also gets a bigger throttle plate (flap thing) depending on how big you go you also need to port the intake mani to match

I have also looked at this since I got my CAI, and have read that it will eat gas like crazy if you go bigger than like 56mm. Not sure if this is true though, just something I read. Anybody know or have experience?

I also read that you can just buy a 60mm Jeep throttle body for around $80 and use that.

Damn. Now that I know I got to get a new flap, I might as well just buy a bigger TB. Damn. I don't know what to do with the manifold then neither. Oh well for now. Thanks
