98 GT won't start

Been having intermitent starting problems recently - car doesn't start 'every' time when the key is turned but does on the second attempt....no biggie. Car now won't start at all. Doesn't turn over, no power ANYWHERE, nothing! Battery and alternator are new and in working condition.

For what its worth while driving the other day, the radio turned on and off for no apparent reason and lost power temporarily to other accessories (windows, seats, etc). I also noticed an audible 'clicking' noise in an area just behind the radio....any clues?

TIA....

double check all your battery cables and grounds. Sounds like you have a bad connection somewhere.

I am (used) "schube" - brother's ID.

Thanks for the replies. I was thinking ground or ECM too....but how about something like an ignition switch or neutral safety switch?
