Unhappy 1972 Vette Blower Motor - Resistor Problem

I have a 1972 Corvette 350 cu in. with Four Seasons Heating and AC.

The blower motor does not work when fan speed switch is turned in any of 4 positions (Lo. M1, M2, H). Blower motor does run when power is applied directly to blower motor with jumper cable from battery.

I suspect that the reisistor is blown. I cannot locate resistor. I took off the RH passenger panel and see only ductwork.

What is the problem?
Do you think the reisistor is blown?
If so, where is the resistor located and how do I access it?

Thank you very much for a replay

Fixed Blower Motor - Resistor Problem

Hi:

1972 Corvette with Fur Seasons AC System.

Fixed my own problem, after after closely examining Four Season Wiring Diagram (AC) for Corvette in 1972 Service Manual and looking around in engine compartment.

- Resistor was located right of blower motor (looking fwd to rear of car) on top of evaporator housing in engine compartment. Two mounting screws with screw heads facing up. Resistor was OK. It was a little difficult to remove, but it was removed when tuned at the right angle. Reistance checked out OK on coils. During installation, I made sure coils were not contacting each other.

- AC/Heater fuse was bad in fuse box under driver's dash. Center of fuse looked OK but fuse did not have continuity. Replaced fuse.

- AC thermal limiter was bad. Replaced.

- Replaced blower motor relay located between compressor and fan.

- In Line fuse from Horn "Bat" terminal to horn relay was OK. In line fuse located front left of engine compartment (driver's side looking forward) was OK.

Blower motor works fine at any of the 4 switch positions.

Now I need to work on the AC System. I think I'm low or out of R-12 refridgerant. Did not run the AC Compressor on a regular basis. Don't know if the compressor or evaporator seals are bad.
