radiator flush 98 runner

I have a 98 4-runner SR5. Is there a bleed valve to open when draining the radiator fluid? If so where is it?

I just got done flushing the wife's 97 4runner, and they should be the same. The is a skid plate covering the bottom of the radiator. It should have about six bolts in it. It is very easy to take off. You don't have to take it off to get to the drain plug, but it makes it a lot easier. The drain should be on the bottom passenger side of the radiator. Hope this helps.
