Wheels out of balance, warped rotors, bad cv joints, bad tire?

I'm with Ski, It sounds like the wheels are out of balance or the rotors are out of round. Does the brake pedal pulsate when you put on the brakes? If not get the wheel balance checked, it is probably the least expensive thing to start with.
