Noisy Fuel Pump

My fuel pump makes alot of noise. I have replace filter but still noisy. Is the pump in the gas tank? How difficult?

Yes, the fuel pump is in the tank. Did it just starting getting noisier? Have you lost any performance?

No no loss on performance and the pump has been noisy all along. Just dont want to break down if I can avoid it.

I wouldn't go worrying too much about it. Some pumps are just noisier than others, and they transfer sounds differently.
