Error codes 11 and 59

Heres one for ya!.

I inherited a 1994 Galant ES (SOHC) with 236K miles.
Car runs great, looks mighty descent inside.
Ran diagnostics, got only 2 codes. 11 and 59.

11 being Oxygen sensor fault and 59 being Rear Oxygen sensor fault.

Does this mean both front and rear are bad or does it mean only the rear is bad?

I see no hurry to change the O2 sensors, even for smog inspection. The check engine light comes on once in a while and its not constantly on. Plus the O2 sensor is rusted on.

I hope I pass emissions.
