found a leak!
its been raining alot here. so i got bored and decided to clean my car, i was cleaning the backseat (left) floor carpet and i noticed it was pretty damp, then i feel the back seat (left back seat) and it too was pretty moist. then i lift the seat up by pulling on the tab below, and i notice that there was a small puddle of water there!
. anyone here have similar leaks? and how did you fix it? anyone here know how i can fix this leak? thanks! peace!

Ummm....
Do you have a sunroof? I had a leak one time and it went away Im guessing I just didnt close it all the way. If its coming from the floor to the seat then I dont know what the F to tell you. I have an electric Sunroof so it not shutting would be an easy thing to do but if you have that wierd flap of a sunroof. You may wanna buy a new gasket/seal.

Re: found a leak!
yea i noticed my car has a small leak too. But for some reason its in the trunk area. O well i just put a towel down. It puddles up in the spare tire area. I dont know how it gets there. Maybe a trunk leak. Its a coupe.

naw no sunroof, thanks chuki = lol ill try that towel thing. your leak is prolly from your taillights, theres this rubber/sticky black thing that seals it. to check it wash your car, open the pannel that shows the tail lights, and check for leaks. damn leaks! haha

Mine leaks there too. It's coming from the hinge or the gromet for the trunk wire harnes. I removed all interior panels from trunk area and climbed in trunk while a friend slowwly ran a hose over the trunk. Starting from the BOTTOM. I noticed water dripping in when the water was near the top. It ran down the inside of the metal 'till it dripped out in the trunk area. So I globbed some silicon seam sealer around the hinge and sheet metal seams. Redid the water test and it seamed to stop the leak. Well it rain a lot here and I left my car outside. And well, I've still got soggy trunk syndrome.... I'm thinking now that the drain hose for the popup sun roof is cracked somewhere I can't get to it.
