Re: rear noise

1) FWD cars dont have rear differentials. 2) It would possably be a bushing (what your discribing as a mount) or it could be brakes or bearings. I'd do a visual inspection of everything, pop the brakes open and look inside for anything dangleing, jack it up and spin it and see if it still does it ect...

as you can see i am not really mechanical savy, i had jus jacked up the car from the rear took off tire and i did not hear any noise, such as bearing but i did see that where the wheels connect to the body, there is some mount they look like arm of some sort and seem pretty worn would i have to change the whole piece or would i be abel to get jus the rubber bushing type rubber piece , i try to see who to take it off but it seem like a solid arm type, bolted to the bottom of the car

Re: rear noise

if its just a bushing its no sweat just unbolt the control arm from the frame and the bushing should just slide out

Re: rear noise

Bushings are a few bucks, but they wont just fall out and slide in- they'll have to be pressed in by a shop. Most alignment shops and such will charge you about $5 to press it in.
