help me, who can say to me this where located the relay of the Fuel Pump in grand am gt 96 3.1L

On my 95 2.3L the relay is located under the hood, on the passanger side, close to the windshield. Yours should be in the same place, there will be 3 relays there, check the numbers but atleast 2 of them are the same # so you may be able to swap them out to see if thats your problem.
