air conditioning help

my air conditioning doesnt work right. the air takes a long long time 2 get cold and even when it gets cold the car doesnt get cool. im just now starting 2 learn about cars so if any body has any suggestions i would really appreciate it.

What year,what size is your Corsica?? This car seem to have so much promble with the A/C.

I purchased a refill kit for my a/c I need to know were the low pressure valve is to do the refill can anyone help.

what is a suction throttling valve and where is it located ? the a/c book for troubleshootin says it could be my problem but no part store has it or can find anything about it . any info ?
