Or just buy the Tiburon GT V6 and modify it. Last weekend there was a sleeper Tibby that smoked and Rx-8 hands down, an SI Civic hands down and once the guy got the front end to grab the pavement he caught and smoked a fully built evo. I don't think you're going to pull that type of performance from a 138 hp Elantra with far fewer options available than the tibby.

You can find 2 turbo kits at sharkracing.com, the stage one kit gives 200whp and the stage 3 kit gives you about 300whp. Both kits come with an ecu. An optional 3inch exhaust is available for extra charge. Stage 1 costs $3350, and the stage 3 is $4700. Im currently planning on buying the stage 3, and having an amazing sleeper.
