still got intake problem ....please help

hey guys, im still havin problems with my intake, i bought a cold air intake for my baby (92 eclipse) inorder to put the new intake on of course you have to take the old one out,well the old one has a comp. on it so when you disconnect it the check engine light comes on, wich means my car is runnin like ass because the comp cant tell how much air to take in, is there n e thing you guys know that i can do to fix the problem but keep my cold air.

Please don't make multiple threads about the same thing. Keep to the original thread.

As for you problem, are all the electrical wires connect and in securly? Make sure all clamps are tight, and everything is connected properly.

you have to disconnect the wires to put in the cold air

You can't just eliminate your air metering system...

Find a way to use your stock air flow sensor with whatever cold air intake you bought. Otherwise, put your stock pipe back on.

Post your car make, model, and trim in your sig! It's hard to help you when we don't know if you drive a 4g63 eclipse or a 420a eclipse.
