My question for someone is about the Secondary Air Injection System error code for a 2001 Jimmy. I took off my air pump and it works fine. It doesn't have any trace of water and looks just about new. So I think the moisture thing doesn't apply here. Not to mention it is summertime and I still get the error code. I didn't check the fuse but didn't think that was an issue since the pump works when I turn my car on. I did see there is a selenoid with two hoses coming out of it. One hose goes to a valve which seems to regulate the air going into my manifold while the other end goes up to the engine. Does anyone know the part number for the selenoid, what it is or does, or if it could be the problem.
