Ok, this freaked me out alittle....it's not to bad..

2 years ago i had a HUGE crush on this girl, she was at my job at the time (now 30 miles away), but then i left the place....

PS i haven't seen her, or spoken to her in 2 years. About a week ago i signed up onto www.myspace.com and for shit's and giggles did a search to see if she was on there...... She was.... Along with her son (which looks like 1 yr old).. It says she is single, and a proud parent...but it totally kills my crush for her now.

I know that sounds wrong, but believe me being young (24) i'm not looking for baggage...but i still have a crush on her. She was one of those types of girls that just sticks in your mind. As soon as i seen her, i liked her.. BTW, it's odd just seeing her on there also, t kinda flips me out. ESPECIALLY when i imagine her having a kid since the last time i seen her..and she's single now.....

Sorry, point being i feel as if my chance with her is totally over. MAINLY because of the child, that sounds wrong...but i'd rather start from a clean slate so to speak. I don't wanna be a sugar daddy....

If anyone listens to Tom Leykis, which btw you should because he's like a total god when it comes to relationships and stuff, and well i'll pass on his wisdom to you.

If she is a single mother then you already know her stance on abortion, since she has a kid you will always be second place and do you really wanna be in second place to a kid?

So it's really not cool because she already has a kid, and if you want to take care of another guy's kid then go ahead, that's your deal but you would be really throwing your life away if you get in a serious relationship. just my 2 cents..

Hey I know what you mean (kinda) I was "dating" this girl a while back when I was in high school. By "dating" I mean banging here while her boyfriend was at work. She was freaking hot as hell, then after said boyfriend caught us two nights we stopped doing our thing and they eventually got things worked out (what an idiot on her boyfriends part). Saw her a couple years later at a wedding, toting a youngin around, about 2 years old, thankfully it was barely too young to be my kid. But yeah, even the hot ones, the whole kid thing ruins it.

No offense, I'm sure your a nice guy... but I think your getting a little bit ahead of yourself.. Did she have any interest in you back then.. what makes you think she does now? Sounds like you think she's going to come running to you with open arms and your only worries are her child.. It would be weird if I worked with some girl 2yrs back and she tracked me down through myspace.. The first word that comes to mind..-Stalker-
Good Luck with this situation.. Dont make yourself look like a weirdo by telling her you had doubts about her child if you do decide to get involved..

tough spot man...the whole thing about My Space might creep her out a little bit seeing how it has been 2 years without any contact. maybe talk to her and become friends again or something and see where it leads.

as far as the kid goes, i dated a girl for about 6 months. she was a wonderful little lady for me, personality, looks, humor everything was perfect. she told me up front that she had a kid. i thought it would be cool, seeing how i had to put up with my friend's nieces and nephews on a daily basis, i thought i could handle kids. plus i eventually want to have some and i figured this would be a good test. BAD MOVE. this kid interfered with everything we did. i'd leave her place and go to kiss her goodnight and the boy would start to cry. we could rarely go out to dinner or even a movie. we usually had to rent movies, usually PG was the worst we could go because his mom didn't want him watching the other ones (she's a terrific mom). there were two things i was worried about, 1) becoming a sugar daddy, even though i didn't really have any money, i had more than her. 2) becoming a father figure for the kid. granted the mom was 23, i was 20 and the kid was 1 1/2. i am/was still too young to take on those responsibilities. just becareful what you get yourself into and make sure you're doin it for the right reasons. luckily for me, the mom and i are still friends and her son has sort of opened up more to me bein around.
