Car Mod Help --- Are these good Mods????

Im looking to buy a 2000 Acura Integra with the following mods: I dont know much about modifying cars. Just wondering if these are good mods to have and what speciafically they do.

Apex’i Dunk Exhaust – Good deep sound, no drone
Action 1KS Clutch
ACT Streetlite Flywheel
ITR 5 Lug Suspension with OEM Gunmetal Type R Wheels
Falken Azenis (Need Replaced)
KONI Sport Shocks (Yellows)
TEIN STECH Springs
B&M Short Shifter w/ B&M Shift Knob
Alpine MP3 Head Unit
JL Audio Components
Wired for Sub/Amp
