New Top Poly Motor Mount

Ok so i decided to pull my top motor mount out of the basement finally and put it on my car. My question is is the poly insert like hard as a rock and un-moveable. The mount I have has a little bit of flex in it. It's still hard though.

Also it is red, if i were to want to paint it a different color is this possible.

Thanks

You can barely even see them with it installed. I wouldn't even bother painting it man. Just slap that bitch in there and have some fun.
