89--sprint 3-cly carb engine-need help

let me first say great site--ok guys my boy got this 89 sprint engine on his woodsrail been running great for 3-years but haveing carb problems is there any other carbs that will fit on this thing--hard two find parts where i live--Pa.

I believe I've read someewhere that a carb off a 1600cc Hyundai Pony will work. Don't know how true that is but it might help you.

i have a carb setup off a jdm engine from japan. lot of hoses and crap but it might fit yours. if you want simplicity look for a small weber carb and make a adapter
