need a engine rebuild manual!

Hey everyone I am trying to rebuild a 69 firebird 350 and I cant seem to find a good manual to help me along with specs and tips and stuff. Can someone recommend one and where to find it for me? Also I am planning on supercharging this what compression should I try to get for this?
