99 Caravan Won't Start No Power to Starter

I have a 99 Dodge Caravan with 110K
2.4 L Engine. This is the Stripped down Base Model

The Van sat for 6 Months and the Battery died. I jumped the battery and the Van Started. As I drove down the road the Battery light would come on and then if I left it parked and running, it would stall. I jumped it several times. It became harder and harder to jump start. The last time I got it started, I moved it and turned it off manually. After turning the key, I started to hear about 5 or 6 electrical clicks from under the dash in the fuse panel area. It sounded like I was blowing fuses.

Since then, I can not get the engine to turn over as if I blew the fuse to the starter. I switched to a fully charged battery and still no power to the starter. I do have electrical power to the Dash/radio etc. I crawled under the dash and could not find any blown fuses. Any help or suggestions would be truly appreciated.

Check the ground wires to the vehicle it is possible that the ground is corroded so badly that the car will not start. Also try to jump across the starter terminals. If it starts then you may have a problem with the ignition switch. Also there are fusable links on several wires near the starter, check them and see if any of them burnt. As for the battery light you may want to check out the alternator and the belt since it may have gone bad from sitting.
