removing headlights

hey guys i would need to remove my headlight dome on my car.can i just take out the dome or do i have to remove the bracket also. and whats the best way to do it. do i really got to take off the bumper?

WTF is a headlight dome?

Anyways, to remove the headlights, it's easiest to remove the bumper because there is one bolt at the bottom of the headlight brackets that is a PITA to get at. I know it can be done without removing the bumper, but personally, I think it's just easier to remove the bumper.
