opinion needed on 98 wrangler
I am 2 months new to the jeep world and have my first prob on hand....with in the first 2-4 minutes of driving the jeep will buck really hard in 1-3 sometimes fourth gear and loud explosions are happening in the exhaust along with bangin metal sounds....strange stuff...if i stomp on it it will kinda overpower the problem and then it goes away completely....after truck is warmend up....only happens when engine is cold...could it be a sensor??? any replies are greatful...thanks

Yeah, sounds like a sensor during the transition from cold to warm.
Although it's worrisome that you hear metal banging sounds. I'd take it to a dealer to have it checked out.
