h23 crank in my h22?

I have 1993 si LUDE> I hear the H23 crank is stronger then the H22? If so what mods do I have to do to install mine in my H22 motor. I have a h22A4 block freshly done with Darton Sleeves, 8.4:1 Wiseco Pistons, Eagle H-beams and a ported/polished head. I just need bearings yet and Valves before I re-aasemble. Now the H22 crank was balanced. Once I re-assemble it I have a Turbonetics T3/T4 (stg.3 ported and clipped), a deltagate wastegate with a 9 psi spring in it (will I need to upgrade the wastegate since it has a 9psi spring in it and I will be running 15-18psi daily? I wasn't sure when I bought it if that ment I'm limit to 9psi b/c I can safely run 15-18psi on my set-up all day. I'm still learning and researching this new world of Trubo {for me} lol), an HKS super sequential BOV, a vortech FMU 12:1 ratio. Maybe I listed to much here, but I wanted you all to see what I have going on here. Im just wondering if I should just prep the H23 crank. My engine guys back in Seattle, told me the block will be good for 30+ psi, 40+ if I went with EAGLE sleeves like I was going to (not running that high tho) and the set-up I have is capable of pushing 650-700whp. Anymore on the H22 crank and it will break.
