Sounds like a good deal.... I've scored various automotive colors for free before, but they were just left-overs really.

But I might be able to have more deals like yours if you told us how you did :P.

well i was on another forum i go on...and accidentally clicked on the wrong link and ended up in the Trading Post portion of the Forum..

saw a post with Free Paint as the title and clicked it and sent him a PM. Luckily i was the first person to see the post so i got em!

ah so lucky. Model Masters is the 1/2 ounce bottles, correct? well if so then those 37 bottles would have costed me at least $70 here.

Why was the person giving the paint away? Did you have to pay shipping? Anyways, congrats on the find!

nope, didnt even have to pay for shipping, i even offered to. He said he uses Tamiya arcrylic now and hasnt used anything else since he started using Tamiya. The MM bottles are 2 years old, but since they are still sealed that shouldnt be a problem. No idea why he would give them for free but that forum is very generous for everyones needs..
