Re: Vibrations

It could be many things
1. Balance issue
2. Bad tire
3. Bad wheel
4. Wheel not centered(wrong centering rings or lug nuts)
That would be the place to start

If stick on weights were used for balancing they can and will fall off.

wheels and tires are fine had them checked. it seems to be somewhat of a issue with a few people i have spoken to. i had one guy tell me to lower it and put the camber kit on it. he said that fixed his problem. so i am just wondering if anyone outside my loop has the problem and have they fixed it.

replacing suspension parts is not the way to get rid of a vibration. Find the source and repair it.

If the wheel(s) aren't centered on the hub it will vibrate. This is very common with aftermarket wheels. Centering rings and/or the correct style lug nuts fixes it many times.

Do you feel it more from the front or rear?

I used to be a tire tech so...

Most tire places balance to the .25oz. This is not enough for high speed driving. Ask your place to balance to the .10oz They will probably charge you a little more. And to keep the weights on use a little duct tape over the weights (cheap insurance)

TO BE HONEST I THINK IT COULD BE THE TIRE SIZE, WHEN I HAD 17'S ON MY 92 HATCH, EVERY 205/40/17 HAD LOTS OF ROAD NOISE (DUE TO THE SMALLER SIDEWALLS). SEE I YOU COULD FIT LIKE A 215 OR 225 FOR A LITTLE EXTRA SIDEWALL. BUT THAT'S MY
