Turning Signals
92 V6
My teenage daughter replaced a rear light (which was out). She followed the directions in the manual and proceeded to check her work only to find out the rear light and brake light work fine, but the front signal lights don't flash and the rear signals don't work? Can you help?

burnt relays or perhaps a bad turn signal switch

Get her to check all the bulbs once again. It just takes 1 burnt out bulb per side to cause the system to stop flashing.
Next get her to check the ground. These 2 jobs are pretty easy, and usually eliminate most signal light problems.
