Turning the steering wheel = Noisy problems...
I recently left my 1991 Jeep Cherokee sit in the garage for 3wks without using it..and after driving it for a few days...everything seemed fine, until a yesterday i heard some noise coming out whenever i turn my steering wheel to the left or to the right. It sounds like it's a "squeaking" noise...somewhat like "eeekkk"
Just wondering what's the problem and how would i fix it? Hope it's nothing too serious. thx in advance! =D p.s.: oh yeah...i heard it's the "ball-bearings" that needs to be lubricated...is it an easy job? self-do? need info..hehe |

Re: Turning the steering wheel = Noisy problems...
are you sure its not the belt squealing, may need a new one, or is the fluid at the correct level???? You could turn the stereo up loud then you wouldn't hear it as much........
