P0303. how to fix this problem?

I have 1999 altima, check engine light came on. Checked on a computer code P0303 came up. How to fix this problem?

Do you have a missfire on cyl #3? Vacuum hose dissconnected? Low compression? Loose plug wire? If there isn't a noticable missfire, clear the code and see if the light comes back on.
