Noise from drivers side wheel when turning

I just changed my brakes and rotors on my car hoping this would solve my problem, but it hasnt. There is a rubbing noise coming from my drivers side tire when i turn to the left only. Sounds like something is rubbing somewhere but im not sure. Last year when it did this the ABS/Track/Service vehicle soon light would come on but it hasnt come on yet. Any ideas what this noise may be?

Also, when i brake there is a creaking noise coming from the same side, any ideas on this?

And finally, my break petal is basically to the floor as it was when i had bad brakes. i thought by changing the brakes and rotors it would bring my brake petal up but its still down. Any ideas on how i can raise my break petal?

Thanks!

rubbing noise

First of all did you replace the brake pads and rotor yourself? Did you make sure the caliper slides were free (metal bushings that your caliper bolts go thru). Make sure to keep these lubricated so the caliper can center its self. Its possible that this could be rubbing sound, but not likely. I would inspect your knuckle for worn out bushings or ball joints, this could cause a rubbing noise. The last thing I would check is to make sure you wheel bearing/hub is still good. As for the soft brake pedal I would make sure you have enough brake fluid, if its low find out why (rusted out brake line, worn flexiable brake line, bad seals in calipers or rear brake cylinders). If you fluid is low you will need to bleed the brakes (get the air out), but figure out where the leak is first, there will be a reason its low, brake fluid doesn't just evaporate. I would also like to remind everyone that if you have a bad brake line replace it with steel lines, don't ever try to shortcut it by adding a rubber line & hose clamps, brake fluid eats rubber lines, the flexiable lines are special not just rubber.
