Unhappy Fuel Problem?

I have a 1995 Silverado. A week ago I was driving it and it started to sputter and die. I was able to restart it and get it home. Later it started and drove normally for about 10 miles then it did the same, but I was unable to start it again. The next morning it started up and made it about 5 miles then died. Again, after sitting for a while it started, but the time it stays running decreased. I thought it might have a clogged fuel filter causing a vapor lock, but changing the filter didn't fix the problem. Any idea what the problem may be, if I can fix it myself, and if not, how much it might cost to fix? Any information would be appreciated.

Re: Fuel Problem?

You could try asking over in the right forum, the c/k forum cause of the year of your truck. But i think it may be your ignition module causing this problem. It is easy enough to remove and most auto parts stores can test them for you.
