Here she is, the yellow Ferrari, originally for the LM comp, but now just for the display cabinet!
As seen in the previous progress thread, this car sports spaghetti, box-stockyness, metal seatbelts made of cokecans and the interior has been detailed with pieces of the spare box. I especially like the shine this one has, please leave some comments. Although the car is not 100 percent accurate, it comes close enough for me at this time. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Thanks for watching! Olivier |

Re: Finished: Ferrari 250 LM ecurie Francorchamps
Very nice.
I´ve allready made two of these (one for me, one for a client). Where is the silver stripe on the windshield? Great idea getting the front wheels to turn- give it some more life. z |

Re: Finished: Ferrari 250 LM ecurie Francorchamps
Beautiful work Olivier. The use of spaghetti and coke cans makes this a very innovative build.

Always love to see another Ferrari from the past. The yellow looks great and the shine is flawless. From what I read somewhere, the body is quite accurate. The front tire should be a bit lower though. Did you use the photo-etch headlight frame provided with the kit? I think the etched frame is a bit oversized. Do you modify the frame or just use bare metal foils to replace it?
