95 drl, cruise, and air conditioner not working

Hi- The cruise control, daytime running lights, and air conditioner on my 95 Lumina LS are all out. I checked the fuse- it was okay, replaced it just in case, they still are not working. I'm only assuming they all went at the same time-- I noticed the air first, checked the manual and fuse 'assignments' and noticed the other items on that circuit are also out. The fan blows, but does not cool. Any ideas of where to go next?
